Gender Equality - A Concrete Commitment to the Value of People
At CMG, we believe that a company’s value is measured not only by the quality of its technological solutions, but by the quality of the relationships it builds every day.
Gender equality certification is not a mere formal requirement for us. It is a cultural choice. It is a declaration of responsibility. Because innovation is born from skills. And skills have no gender.
People First
CMG is recognized as a technology partner capable of transforming granulation into a strategic advantage. But behind every solution, every customized project, every plant integration, there are people.
The Management of C.M.G. Spa recognizes gender equality as a fundamental value and a strategic factor for the sustainable development of the organization.
Promoting equal opportunities means:
- valuing talent without prejudice
- ensuring fairness in career development paths
- building a work environment based on respect and trust
- strengthening the organization’s long-term resilience
This is not just about rights or responsibilities. It is about corporate culture.
A Choice Strongly Supported by Management
Management has launched the process to obtain Gender Equality Certification, strongly desired in order to formalize and make measurable a principle that is already part of the way CMG works: people are recognized for their skills, responsibilities, and contributions not for their gender.
As a company operating in a technical and industrial sector, we feel an even stronger responsibility to contribute to an inclusive culture, capable of overcoming stereotypes and fostering real professional equity.
Gender equality is not merely a regulatory obligation, but an opportunity to:
- improve the organizational climate
- increase competitiveness
- attract and retain talent
- strengthen the company’s reputation
Our Principles
CMG’s gender equality policy is based on clear and verifiable principles:
- equality and prevention of discrimination
- equal treatment and opportunities** across all company policies
- inclusion
- a work environment that values diversity, promotes mutual respect, and supports women’s empowerment
- transparency
- clear and verifiable processes in recruitment, professional development, and remuneration
- accountability
- defined responsibilities and measurable objectives
- continuous improvement
- ongoing monitoring and corrective actions when necessary
For us, measurability is not a constraint: it is a guarantee.
Reporting Matters
A fair environment is built together. C.M.G. S.p.A. disapproves of and sanctions any behavior that is not aligned with the principles expressed in the gender equality policy, even if carried out under the belief that it is in the Company’s interest.
It is essential that anyone promptly reports behavior that does not comply with ethical principles, whether by colleagues, collaborators, suppliers, or company management.
Protection for Whistleblowers
CMG protects the confidentiality of the identity of those who make reports in good faith and fully complies with current legislation (Law 179/2017), guaranteeing the prohibition of any retaliatory or discriminatory acts.
Reporting means contributing to the quality of the work environment.
What Can Be Reported
- workplace harassment
- physical or verbal abuse
- gender discrimination
- inequality in access to training or benefits
- unjustified pay disparities
- any behavior inconsistent with the gender equality policy
Suggestions Also Matter
Not only reports. Ideas, proposals, and suggestions to improve the company climate are also important. Management invites everyone working at CMG to actively participate in fostering a culture of equality, with the awareness that every behavior helps define the company’s identity.

A Culture Looking to the Future
CMG designs solutions for the industry of the future. But there can be no future without equity.
Gender equality is an integral part of our vision: a strong, competent, responsible organization capable of creating value over time.
Because technological progress is truly meaningful only when it is accompanied by cultural progress.
