Management has launched the process to obtain Gender Equality Certification, strongly desired in order to formalize and make measurable a principle that is already part of the way CMG works: people are recognized for their skills, responsibilities, and contributions not for their gender.

Reporting Matters

A fair environment is built together. C.M.G. S.p.A. disapproves of and sanctions any behavior that is not aligned with the principles expressed in the gender equality policy, even if carried out under the belief that it is in the Company’s interest.
It is essential that anyone promptly reports behavior that does not comply with ethical principles, whether by colleagues, collaborators, suppliers, or company management.

Protection for Whistleblowers

CMG protects the confidentiality of the identity of those who make reports in good faith and fully complies with current legislation (Law 179/2017), guaranteeing the prohibition of any retaliatory or discriminatory acts.

Reporting means contributing to the quality of the work environment.
